What You Get

1 on 1 In-person Sessions

In 2 hour in-person sessions held at my home office in Topanga, together we’ll attune to your body’s natural language to track sensation, emotion and belief systems in real time. The session primarily takes place on the massage table, fully clothed, where you’ll receive gentle pressure on specific neuro-somatic points to encourage release. This process accesses trauma held in the autonomic nervous system and subcortical brain, allowing survival patterns, suppressed emotion and limiting beliefs to resurface for resolution.

1 on 1 Online Sessions

Using presence, attunement and nervous system mirroring we’ll access stored trauma, emotion and limiting beliefs for resolution. By being seen, your brain receives feedback that it’s safe to release and repattern what’s old. Clients leave sessions feeling lighter, with clarity, and a deeper connection to their true selves.

Somatic Exercises that work

In both in-person and online sessions, you’ll learn simple effective exercises that increase vagal tone and build a flexible nervous system. You’re encouraged to practice these at home on your own to learn the language of your own body and reset your nervous system regularly.

My Approach

With over 20 years helping people heal their nervous system I draw on multiple integrative somatic therapies. Using psychoneuroenergenetics (PNE) , somatic release technique (SRT), time line therapy (TLT) and breath work, you’ll release the root cause of nervous system dysregulation and discover a truer version of yourself. Throughout our work, I’ll draw on tibetan buddhist and coaching principles that encourage self-compassion, increased awareness, and conscious movement towards that which you most want in life.
