About Lauren Freiman
Lauren Freiman has been a dedicated student of meditation and the unfoldment of the spirit for two decades, since meeting her Guru, Mark Griffin. She had the great fortune to spend many years of intense, close study under him where she received his grace, knowledge and blessings.
With twenty of experience helping people transform and rewire their nervous systems, Lauren practices as life coach specializing in trauma, emotional health, and helping her clients/students create a life of joy and fulfillment. Her teachings stem from Tibetan Buddhism and Kashmir Shaivism, which she has studied over many years through meditation, yoga, contemplation and integration with everyday life. Her classes are a fusion of her acquired wisdom and inner realization, spoken through a present day lens that is accessible to practitioners of all levels. She offers her teachings to the lotus feet of the Siddha Lineage, the Enlightened Sangha, and most especially her Beloved Guru.

About Fernando Escobar
Fernando began his journey after a powerful spiritual experience in search of a teacher that could explain what had happened. He found his Guru, Mark Griffin who gave him the teachings of Yoga while he underwent the involution process that occurs through meditation. He dedicated the next 13 years to be by his side untill he passed in October 2018.
The number one tool he learned was meditation, for which the goal is to bring the mind to a stop and experience the first level of Awakening called Samadhi. As Mark would say, “The Bliss of the World is the Bliss of Samadhi”. And from his experience back in 1998 till now, he finds that to be absolutely True.
In addition to teaching meditation, Fernando has spent the past 20 years healing others through massage therapy, acupuncture and sports medicine.
